I developed this light text on a dark background style sheet for the users on my site that missed the old site design.

I've included the table wrapper set for this style sheet, plus the tbopen.tmpl and tbclose.tmpl files you'll need if you want to use them. All you have to do is edit any path in the style sheet and templates to match your site and the directory where you store the graphics. Then upload the images to your site, and upload the tbopen.tmpl and tbclose.tmpl file to your templates/default directory (backup your existing templates first!).
